I discovered I had rectal cancer on May 12, 2021 and I underwent 5 weeks of radio and chemotherapy. A big ordeal; an operation that would mutilate my rectum was planned for September 2, 2021. The surgeon told me that if all went well it would take me 1 year to recover (so September 2, 2022). Everything is back to normal and I am in great shape.
