Testimonial: High stage non-Hodgkin lymphoma

With regard to my disease, I would like to inform you that since December, I have been the victim of high grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma, of centro-follicular origin with multiple bone locations, stage IV.

From the following February, after a slight confusion due to seeing a doctor, I started the “Beljanski” treatment in addition to the CHOPRITUXIMAB chemotherapy administered every 2 or 3 weeks.

In June, during a Pet Scan, we saw the almost complete disappearance of traces from bone attachments. As the series of 8 chemo sessions came to an end, the oncologist carefully announced the onset of complete remission.

We were far from the pessimistic forecasts of the departure concerning an “atypical” lymphoma for which no protocol had been precisely studied… Despite some persistent pains, I like to think that the “Beljanski” treatment provided for the improvement of my state of health, even if as I was explained, this form of cancer is not curable, only a remission is to be hoped for. Athletic and non-smoker, I hope to continue to provide for my family.

I see the future as a new challenge.
