OUR MISSION
The Beljanski Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in New York City. Our mission is to study and share knowledge of effective non-toxic natural solutions to cancer and other chronic diseases that work both alone and in synergy with traditional western medicine. These values, at the very core of integrative medicine, are the legacy of Mirko Beljanski, PhD (1923-1998), a French biologist who uncovered the link between environmental toxins and carcinogenesis when he was working at the Pasteur Institute in Paris.
The Foundation raises money to fund research using natural compounds, rather than synthetic molecules. To date, research programs have been conducted at Columbia University, Kansas University Medical Center, Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Nanjing University on melanoma, prostate, ovarian, pancreatic and breast cancers as well as cancer stem cells. All those research programs have been successfully completed and led to many peer-reviewed publications available on our website beljanski.org.
WHAT WE DO
- Provide funding for research on natural compounds
- Partner with corporate sponsors to raise money and awareness
- Hold events to educate the public about scientific publications resulting from The Beljanski Foundation's mission
- Publish peer-reviewed research results yearly
