Vaccine Booster, Vaccine Detox

Spring detox. The expression comes back every year and sounds like a marketing gimmick. And very often, it is indeed all it is. But this year, it is different: for once, the age-old topic has become an up-to-the-minute life-saving information.

After two dreadful years of covid-19 restrictions, and now fears of war, economic downturn, and bitter political and social divisions, we are not doing well; as a society or individually. Individually, there is not much each of us can do to heal the planet, except for making responsible choices whenever we can. We can show with our wallets our support for organic farming, natural medicine and responsible sourcing. Individually, we have to acknowledge the toxicity of the microcosmos in which we live, and address it. It is not always easy to acknowledge it, because with time we become “cozy” with our toxic symptoms. When heartburn or painful joints become part of our daily experience, we tend to accept those symptoms as “a normal part of aging”. Acceptance seems like the first reasonable step, and medication the inevitable second step.

Well, it does not have to be so.

Detoxification (“detox”), the action of removing those toxins that we absorb daily and age us, poison us, cause pain and sickness, is actually the only effective way to fight back against everything that wears us down. Detoxification is much more than dieting. Yes, shedding a few pounds along the way comes as part of the elimination process, but that is because toxins love fat cells. Fatty deposits are toxins storage. But to be successful, detoxification should also encompass emotional detox, and this year more than ever, vaccine detox.

Many of us have now received between one and four jabs of pharmaceutical products that are meant to help create antibodies by stimulating the immune system, and creating inflammation along the way. Studies have linked vaccination to a number of fatal accidents, most of them related to acute and excessive inflammation of various organs of the body ranging from pulmonary thrombosis to myocarditis. But what do we actually know about the effects of low grade inflammation that goes unreported? Lack of transparency has clouded the official message, which at some point seems more rooted in healthcare politics than real science. Science itself evolves as new data finally emerges thanks to some Court Orders directing the FDA and pharmaceutical companies to make their findings public. And it is not always pretty.

What do we know about the real side effects of vaccines?

How can we mitigate them naturally, through diet and supplementation? And in the process detoxify our bodies, improve our sleep, become more fit and ultimately happier?
