Mandy Blake
Mandy Blake-German is a Social Work Administrator with experience in the nonprofit and for-profit health care sectors. After receiving her masters in social work administration from Columbia University’s School of Social Work, she worked as a social work researcher in Ghana West Africa where she focused on strategies for addressing health care disparities among home-bound elders and children living in rural villages. She brings experience having worked for oncology nonprofits including CancerCare and The American Cancer Society as well as functioning as the Executive Director of a grassroots nonprofit collaborative in Pennsylvania addressing environmental and healthcare issues in local rural communities. Today, she heads up a home health care organization where she closely partners with hospital discharge planners, and health insurance case managers to meet the needs of medically fragile adults in the Westchester and Hudson Valley areas.
Kelly Welles
Ms. Welles is passionate about health and that includes financial health. She draws on
over thirty years of serving asset protection needs with long term care insurance and life insurance. Her experience includes investments, banking and life insurance with New
York Life, Mass Mutual, JPMorgan Chase and Northwestern Mutual. She created the
FPA/Malcolm S. Forbes Award for Advancing Financial Planning Excellence Among the
Public; is a member of the Board of Governors of the Accountants Forum, President of

Jacob Jaskiewicz
Governance Director
As the Director of Governance for the Beljanski Foundation, Jacob ensures good
governance practices within the Foundation, as well as the Foundation’s compliance
with statutory and legal obligations. Jacob has been actively involved with the
Foundation since 2012 and has acted in a variety of roles to support the Foundation’s
mission over the years. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science &
Philosophy from University of Toronto, Juris Doctor (JD) from University of Toronto
Faculty of Law and Master of Laws (LLM) from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Pierrette Weidlich
Director of CIRIS
Pierrette Weidlich, is the president of CIRIS (the acronym for the “Centre d’Information sur les Recherches et l’Innovation Scientifique” – Center of Information, Research, and Scientific Innovations), a French non for profit organization supporting the legacy of Dr. Beljanski.
She is actively encouraging doctors and scientists to continue research on discoveries that Dr. Beljanski was unable to develop due to lack of time and resources

John Hall, PhD
Research Director
John Hall Ph.D has served as an Executive in the Biotechnology Industry and is currently Vice President for Research and Development at Molecular International Research. Dr. Hall was a Graduate Fellow at Princeton University, in the Department of Biochemical Sciences, and he completed his PhD at New York University, in the Department of Biochemistry.
Dr. Hall was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Rockefeller University, doing research in Cell Biology. He was promoted to the Faculty at Rockefeller, where his research focused on the microtubule-based mechanisms of cell motility and cell division.
Yvon Pierre
Mr. Pierre has been involved with The Beljanski Foundation since 2004. Mr. Pierre has a A.A.S. in Business Administration from Queensborough Community College in Queens, NY and a B.S. in Accounting from York College, CUNY. Mr. Pierre is heavily involved in making sure the day-to-day operations of The Beljanski Foundation run smoothly while finding every way possible to fund ongoing cancer research.
Jeanne M. Stafford
Chair
Ms. Stafford serves as Chairman of the Board of the Beljanski Foundation and is devoted to instilling a mindset of wellness, success and JOY in the world we live in.
She is President-Elect of the National Speakers Association in New York City and President of Stafford and Company, a firm specializing in communication strategies for individuals and corporations. Clients and audiences learn to simplify, streamline and strengthen the spoken and written word. Jeanne’s mission is to uncover The Power of YES in every human open to this level of strength and success.
Destabilization of DNA
Beljanski observed a fundamental difference between healthy DNA and cancer DNA. Cancer DNA double helix is permanently destabilized over large areas, whereas, in normal DNA, relaxation only occurs locally and temporarily for replication or for gene expression. Unregulated strand separation and exposure of new initiation sites for replication and gene expression account for the characteristic properties of the cancer cell.

Active on all cancer stages
DNA destabilization is a fundamental characteristic of all cancers so the Pao pereira and Rauwolfia vomitoria extracts that target DNA destabilization are active against all types of cancer in both men and women. The Foundation’s research has also revealed that DNA destabilization is associated with all stages of the disease: early, mid and late. The plant extracts are active against precancers, established tumors and advanced cancers including cancer stem cells.
Nicholas Gogel
Nicholas is one of the leaders in the marketing department of The Beljanski Foundation. As a type 1 diabetic, becoming a part of an organization whose mission is to cure cancer and other chronic diseases the natural way was a perfect fit for him. He has a passion for helping others live a life full of health and wellness and prides himself on always keeping a positive attitude in any situation.

Francoise Vernon Stein
Secretary
Francoise served as the secretary of The Beljanski Foundation for 15 years and is actively involved in all fundraising activities on behalf of the foundation.
As a Holistic Coach, she answers questions regarding The Beljanski Foundation’s research programs and Dr. Beljanski’s extracts. Her experience with cancer patients and her compassion gave her the drive to fight for better and natural solutions to cure cancer.
Sylvie Beljanski
Vice President
A French lawyer by trade, Sylvie Beljanski (daughter of Dr. Mirko Beljanski) is a health advocate for holistic medicine, public speaker, internationally known author and entrepreneur. She is the Vice President of The Beljanski Foundation, whose mission is to research natural approaches to cancer. She is also the CEO of Maison Beljanski, an international dietary supplement company.
Ms. Beljanski is the award winning author of Winning The War On Cancer: The Epic Journey Towards a Natural Cure (which has been translated in French under the title Gagner La Lutte Contre Le Cancer: La Découverte don’t la République n’a pas Voulu). This book has helped propel Ms. Beljanski to be a sought-after speaker at health and wellness conferences globally, where she has educated thousands of people about scientific breakthroughs in the field of integrative medicine.

Lock-molecules
Beljanski found that certain natural molecules, specifically those from the tropical plants Pao pereira (Geissospermum vellosii) and Rauwolfia vomitoria, could selectively recognize and bind to the destabilized DNA that has been exposed to carcinogens and thereby inhibit the replication of abnormal DNA. He called them “lock-molecules”. Because this approach works at the level of the DNA, it works on many kinds of cancers.

Synergy of action
Mirko Beljanski always made a point of recommending conventional treatments along with natural support. Recent research supported by the Beljanski Foundation confirm the ability of Pao pereira and Rauwolfia vomitoria to work in synergy with various chemotherapies. These results also point out the lack of efficacy of chemotherapy alone. Indeed, the contribution of chemotherapy to 5-year survival is estimated to be 2.3% in Australia and 2.1% in the United States according to an article published in “Clinical Oncology.”

Selectivity of action
Mirko Beljanski’s natural extracts of Pao pereira and Rauwolfia vomitoria which are naturally fluorescent. In UV light, one can see how the extract remain outside healthy cells, while penetrating cancerous cells. Beljanski observed that because the extracts are selective, they will not interact with healthy cells, and will bear no toxicity.

As President of The Beljanski Foundation, Ms. Beljanski presents lectures in Europe and in the United States. Through her dedication and hard work, the discoveries of her late husband remain as relevant and cutting-edge as they were two decades ago.
She also spends time encouraging doctors and scientists to continue research on discoveries Dr. Beljanski was unable to develop due to lack of time and resources. Such examples include the transmission of hereditary characters by RNA fragments or the crucial role of permanently open loops in the DNA of non-mutated pre-cancerous cells. Ms. Beljanski looks forward to encouraging further development of clinical applications of the natural extracts discovered by Dr. Beljanski, particularly against viral and auto-immune diseases.
